Our bespoke training programme consists of two weeks blended theory and practical sessions, ensuring our new staff have the best possible grounding before taking to their markets and wowing their clients and candidates.
Delivered by award-winning trainer Chris Mercer-Jones, feedback from delegates is always excellent.
Our new Consultants will be given 1-1 support and coaching as they take their first steps in the business, and will have the benefit of many decades of recruitment experience around them in their teams. We aim to develop people to their full potential here, and support people into a sustainable and rewarding career.
