I have worked with Rilwood Associates for just over 12 months in sourcing applicants for various positions at our bakery facility in Barnsley.  The quality of applications received from the consultant has always been high and I have usually been able to fill vacancies relatively quickly, with ease and without working with another provider.

PJH Group worked with Rilwood Associates’ Building Products team in the summer of 2012 to recruit a Contract Field Sales Manager for our Kitchen Appliance Division.

Rilwood took a detailed brief from us and we were very confident, following this, that they fully understood our requirement.

Though we had not worked with Rilwood previously, our confidence in them borne out of their understanding of our market and the profile of the individual required meant that we were happy for Rilwood to select those candidates that they deemed most appropriate.
