PJH Group worked with Rilwood Associates’ Building Products team in the summer of 2012 to recruit a Contract Field Sales Manager for our Kitchen Appliance Division.
Rilwood took a detailed brief from us and we were very confident, following this, that they fully understood our requirement.
Though we had not worked with Rilwood previously, our confidence in them borne out of their understanding of our market and the profile of the individual required meant that we were happy for Rilwood to select those candidates that they deemed most appropriate.
The candidates provided for interview were of a high standard and all demonstrated the relevant product, customer and ‘route to market’ experience we had requested. In addition we were provided with accurate information regarding the candidates, including salary requirements, their motivations for seeking a new role and other opportunities they were considering. This information, combined with Rilwood’s assistance in helping our chosen candidate navigate their notice and exit from their previous employer, helped us greatly.
We successfully filled this role and would have no hesitation in utilizing Rilwood’s Building Product team for our future sales recruitment requirements.
