Our client is an expanding, exciting accountancy service provider that specialise currently in the freelance contractor market. They work across a multitude of sectors offering an unrivalled impartial bespoke service that can involve taking care of all bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and administration requirements. This offering is then followed up by an unrivalled level of customer service, couple this with a transparent, futuristic approach to accounting which has given the company market leading growth.
Due to this continued growth a position has become available for an Account Development Executive ultimately tasked with servicing referrals from the Business Development Manager and renewing existing customers by helping them achieve the best tax rate possible.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with referred clients and existing customers to create the best accounting and bookkeeping solution possible on the telephone.
- The role is centred around problem solving, accurately relaying information and ensuring that the customers’ experience is a positive one.
- Accurately recording data given to and from clients, to ensure the process is error free.
- Although this role is very much Account management and warm lead orientated business someone who understands how to harvest business relationships and develop accounts for potential new business will have an advantage.
- You will be offering a complete portfolio of services including Limited company, Sole Trader, Partnerships and LLP’s. An understanding of Payroll services or Accounting is desirable but not essential as full training can be given
The Individual:
- The successful candidate will come from a Customer Servicing and/or Telesales backgrounds where they can demonstrate quality customer servicing skills.
- An individual with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills will succeed at this position
- Accounting knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
- An entrepreneurial individual with the want to move their career forward would fit in this fast paced environment
- Working autonomously you will be experienced at maximising your performance and ultimately earnings.
