Our client is a market leader in the Portable Cabin Hire marketplace. Instantly recognisable as a Market Leader in their field, they set the standards within the market with their exceptional products and service. My client is known for taking their clients problems away and delivering a first class service. Through their unprecedented success and continued expansion and development my client now has a requirement for an Account Manager. 

 

They are a market leader in the Portable Cabin Hire Industry, they sell predominantly into Main Contractors.  Due to continued success and growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for exceptional Account Manager.

 

Outline of Responsibilities/duties:

 

  • Managing and monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Providing the focal point of contact for clients and developing excellent client relationships.
  • Regularly liaising on a pro-active basis with existing clients to promote products and checking if jobs can be quoted for.
  • Negotiating on price with clients and influencing where appropriate to ensure maximum business revenue.
  • Responsible for liaising and following up with external contacts such as buyers to ensure required procedures are followed.
  • Managing a budget for the department.
  • Liaising internally between sites and depots in ensuring work and procedures are followed.
  • Using computer systems and report management as required in the job.
  • Providing associated administration support to fulfil the Account Management duties.
