Our client is a market leader in the Thermal Insulation marketplace. Instantly recognisable as a Market Leader in their field, they set the standards within the market with their exceptional products and service. Through their unprecedented success and continued expansion and development there is now a requirement for an Area Sales Manager to cover the above areas.
They are an international market leader in Thermal Insulation industry who sell predominantly into Distribution and Specification. Outline of Responsibilities/duties:
- Project orientated role requires the candidate to be well versed in selling via the sales specification route
- Oversee project procurement from outset to conclusion
- Specification sales to Specifiers, Distributors, Architects, Surveyors, Local Authorities, Building Owners or Main and Approved Contractors
Key skills/qualifications/experience required:
- Surveyor based background with a strong Technical bias
- Negotiating skills
- CPD skills
- Commercial awareness
- Proven track record in Sales/Specification sales (desirable though not essential)
- Professional, friendly and resourceful approach with outgoing personality and strength of character
- Computer literacy
- Sound organisational and administrative abilities
- Initiative led, driven and motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal mediums
