COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR Interior Fit-Out
Salary: £60k-85k base with full executive benefits package and bonus

The Company:
My client is a newly formed Interior Fit-Out provider attached to a £100 million organisation. They are an award winning team passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and value in the Fit–Out sector. There reputation for completing projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards has led to a high proportion of repeat business.
The Role:
At this time they are looking for a Commercial Director who will offer a senior strategic focus. The role will offer a “blank piece of paper” format with growth coming from new Interior Fit-Out accounts that will be introduced by cross selling into major corporates already dealing with the parent company along with new accounts introduced by the Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth of business opportunities in terms of Client base and Service Sector
- Support the MD in the commercial strategy of the Business that optimises AGM
- Proactively lead market research in respect of developing business opportunities
- Promote Services offered and develop offerings to meet Client requirements
- Provide Client interaction and service provision that exceeds their expectations and delivers AGM targets
- Ensuring that the client contact opportunities are fully exploited in terms of successful project appointments
- Attend weekly Tenant ‘Activity’ and ‘Targeting’ meetings.
- Ensure a full understanding of the Client brief and their priorities.
- Provide the Client commercial advice in terms of the ‘optimum’ use of space, best value for money, sustainability and project duration
- Develop up feasibility study for formal submission to the Client.
- Work with Designer in developing the Client brief into presentation format drawings and visuals.
- Brief Project ‘implementation ‘ team on the Project Brief and Client priorities
- Present, for MD Sign Off, Project Budget submissions to ensure both Client expectations and Business targets are achieved.
- Maximise revenue opportunities to meet Business targets
- Analysis / monitor competition activity and develop response plan as appropriate
- Carry out Project completion follow up reviews with the Client(s) to ensure expectations have been met and successfully delivered.
- Identify opportunities and seek to win new business
- Provide AGM post project reviews
Skills & Qualifications Required
- 5 years experience in Interior Fit-Out.
- Previous experience of extensive turnover growth
- Ability to devise and implement strategic growth plans
- Excellent communication skills and a sales focus
