Due to the continued growth and development of the business, we are looking to recruit a talented, ambitious and enthusiastic Business Manager to lead a team of consultants.  We would also consider a very capable Senior Consultant who is ready to take the next step. You will be an experienced recruiter, ideally in a permanent and/or search environment and commercially astute.  The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, have a flexible and “hands on” approach to work, and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion.  You will have a proven track record of generating profitable business and retaining clients through excellent delivery of service. In addition to your ability as a recruiter, you will require the skills to lead and manage a team of consultants.  You will set targets and ensure they are consistently met, and be responsible for business development over a range of vertical markets.
