Advising clients on finance transactions across many different sectors.  The team has experience in secured and unsecured lending, leasing, capital markets, securitisation and derivatives. With clients who are an equal mix of borrowers and lenders.

The Person

• Must have good banking or property finance experience with a
  mid/top tier firm.
• Proactive approach to technical development.
• A flexible approach to client demands with straight forward
  commercial advice.
• Arrive with a pro-active attitude to banking and finance
  with particular exposure to structured finance / securitisations.
• Be willing to actively engage in marketing and business
  development initiatives.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for promoting the services and solutions to key strategic accounts and new spend accounts;
• The role is office based but with a travel element when needed;
• Utilizing own contact list to penetrate and target accounts, conscious of any restrictions in place;
• Work with the existing team and client list to maximise opportunity and pipeline;
• You also need to have good overall knowledge of various insurance services, including corporate, fleet, travel, risk management, property, etc;
• Have the ability and experience to deal with brokering the deal and managing the process through.

The Requirements:

• Experience of the insurance industry essential, ideally within corporate insurance with the ability to upsell other service offerings;
• Ideally all candidates will hold relevant Insurance related qualifications, with a proven track record of achievement within the Insurance Industry;
• Local knowledge and experience; able to utilize to grow and maintain customer base;
• Must have a proven sales track record of both business development and account management with 3 – 5 years minimum, with the new business experience paramount;
• Figure and sales orientated, as well as able to work under pressure and have good business sense;
• A target driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic attitude towards work is essential. The successful applicant will want to help grow the business and their career by delivering excellent results.
