My client is a major UK based commercial law firm.

 

They are looking for a Real Estate Associate (ideally 2-5 PQE) to join their successful team.  The Real Estate department provides a complete real estate service from handling highly complex transactions to fast and efficient asset management.

 

The Role

The role will cover a range of Development, Investment and Asset Management work acting for both public and private companies and institutions.

 

With an emphasis on regeneration and healthcare sector.  The type of work would include town centre regeneration projects, medical centre funding and developments, mixed use developments, land assembly and estate management. There will also be work on
purchases, re-financing and corporate support work.

 

Will involve a large amount of landlord and tenant asset management work for a range of major institutional investors, in respect of
retail (shopping centres), office and industrial multi-let properties. The role will also involve assisting on acquisitions, disposals and re-financing transactions, often involving large portfolios of properties and significant values.

 

The Person

    experience.

The Requirements:

  • Experience of the insurance industry essential, ideally within corporate insurance with the ability to upsell other service offerings;
  • Ideally all candidates will hold relevant Insurance related qualifications, with a proven track record of achievement within the Insurance Industry;
  • Local knowledge and experience; able to utilize to grow and maintain customer base;
  • Must have a proven sales track record of both business development and account management with 3 – 5 years minimum, with the new business experience paramount;
  • Figure and sales orientated, as well as able to work under pressure and have good business sense;
  • A target driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic attitude towards work is essential. The successful applicant will want to help grow the business and their career by delivering excellent results.
