You will be an established recruiter, ideally in a permanent and/or search environment and commercially astute. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, have a flexible approach to work, and be able to communicate and influence at all levels. You will have a proven track record of generating profitable business and retaining clients through excellent delivery of service.
