With its Head Office in north Leeds, Rilwood Associates specialises in executive recruitment and boasts an admirable client list which includes household names such as Philips Electronics, Adidas, Umbro, Continental Tyres, Budweiser, Tetley Tea and many others. Focusing on middle to senior management roles within sales and marketing, we have enjoyed sustained success and growth over the last 8 years. We now employ around 50 staff across our three sites in Leeds, London & Halifax and have annual turnover in excess of £10m across the group. Due to the continued growth and development of the business, we are looking to recruit a talented, ambitious and enthusiastic Senior Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our sales team in our Halifax Office. You will be an experienced recruiter, ideally in a permanent and/or search environment and commercially astute. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, have a flexible and “hands on” approach to work, and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion. They will have a proven track record of generating profitable business and retaining clients through excellent delivery of service. As a Senior Consultant you will have the opportunity to develop your career into management or work with a small support team as your performance increases.
