SHIFT MANAGER

Hours: Night Shift 5 days per week including weekends
Exceptional career opportunity in a healthy working culture developing individuals at all levels. Following a restructure my client is looking to recruit a talented Preparation Area Manager to operate within high care environment.
- You will provide motivation and leadership to your team, setting the example of working efficiently and effectively.
- You will have experience working in a Lean environment, working with a cost effective attitude using experience gained within Continuous Improvement.
- Relevant recent experience managing a team of people is needed,along with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships and to influence at all levels.
- Reporting into the Preparation Manager, you be the driving force behind the preparation team reducing waste, and increasing productivity.
To be successful in this role you must have worked within food manufacture, and have a track record of driving improvements through, ensuring quality is kept to a high standard. You will be firm but approachable, possessing a can do attitude and setting a high example to others.
