Firstly I would like to say that having Rilwood Associates represent me filled me with confidence as I found they were professional and courteous at every stage of the process.

Usually going to interviews and applying for new jobs is a stressful experience but I can honestly say that Rilwood, particularly Michael Wright, made the process enjoyable and stress free.  With Michael’s guidance and advice I went into my interviews prepared and confident that I was a good fit for the job.

I’ve been in contact with Rilwood Associates over the last few weeks. I thought I’d write to you and give you some feedback on my experience of working with Rilwood.

Over the last decade or so I’ve dealt with recruiters on many occasions, from the perspective of employer and employee alike. Almost every one of those experiences has been average at best, and thoroughly unprofessional at worst. I firmly believe the recruitment business has taken a massive downturn in recent years, with quality of service apparently being the least valuable asset in the recruitment process. Imagine, therefore, my cynicism when I engaged with yet another recruitment company (Rilwood Associates) and recruiter I’d never heard of, especially when I’m fed the line, “I’d really like to market you to a targeted list of potential employers”. I can’t tell you how often I’ve heard this before, to be followed by a complete lack of action from the recruiter’s side.

However, every once in a while, we’re reminded to not tar everyone with the same brush, and my experience with Rilwood has been one such occasion.

The consultant’s approach to recruitment is highly professional, well structured and positive, with a level of enthusiasm that fosters immense confidence in people he works with. He also demonstrates unquestionable commitment to delivering what he sets out to achieve, with no compromise on quality of service. The consultant is a recruitment professional that truly understands what drives success in his business – a focus on people and relationships.
