Rilwood Associates specialises in executive recruitment and boasts an admirable client list which includes household names such as Philips Electronics, Adidas, Umbro, Continental Tyres, Budweiser, Tetley Tea and many others. Focusing on middle to senior management roles within sales and marketing, we have enjoyed sustained success and growth over the last 8 years. We now employ over 40 staff across our three sites in Leeds,London&Halifaxand have grown annual revenue to in excess of £10m across the group. Due to the continued growth and development of the business, we are looking to recruit talented, ambitious and enthusiastic trainee Recruitment Consultants to strengthen our sales teams across our three sites. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, have a flexible and “hands on” approach to work, and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion.
