CSG is looking for a Recruitment Consultant, who is looking to join one of CSG's highest-performing teams! With a huge amount of opportunity to grow within a booming sector, you will support our clients globally.

This role will be based at our head office in Horsforth, Leeds, with free parking on site, close to public transport with the addition of a few extra on-site treats... dress down, drinks fridges, space for downtime and socialising, not to mention the ping pong table and darts board!


About the role:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process for senior vacancies on a global scale!
  • Attract the best talent on the market for your clients.
  • Proactively grow and develop your network through business development.
  • Recognise and follow up on leads and opportunities within your market.
  • Offer a consultative service to both candidates and clients.

  • You will have experience within a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Business Development position
